EMEA VC Partnerships Manager (Hybrid)

HiBob is building a new Venture Capital partner channel in the EMEA region. We are seeking a commercially minded Partner Manager – VC to own the lifecycle from partner recruitment to driving pipeline and revenue.

You will manage a portfolio of 20–30 VC partners, coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to scale partner engagement and create a repeatable model for growth across the region.
