International Contracts Counsel — Flexible Hours

Axway is seeking an International Contracts Legal Counsel to oversee and negotiate software licenses, SaaS and cloud agreements for the EMEA region, in English and French. You will draft, review, and manage documents through internal approvals while advising Sales and Finance on regulatory implications.

Requirements include 8+ years in a legal department, fluent English, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and knowledge of data protection and security rules (DORA/NIS2);
