Job Description Lead MRI Field Service Engineern n Location: Home Based – Nationwide Term: Permanent n Are you an experienced MRI Field Service Engineer looking to step into a senior technical role? n We are recruiting for a Lead MRI Field Service Engineer to provide expert field-based support across diagnostic imaging equipment. Alongside hands-on servicing, maintenance and fault finding, you’ll act as a first point of technical escalation and support the development of other engineers through mentoring and training. n The role: n n Carrying out installation, preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades on MRI/diagnostic imaging equipment. n Troubleshooting complex technical faults and acting as a first point of escalation. n Mentoring and providing technical support to Field Service Engineers and Trainees. n Supporting technical training and knowledge sharing across the engineering team. n Providing technical input into bids, tenders and capability development. n Supporting multiple OEM platforms and undertaking cross-training where required. n n The person: n n Minimum 7 years’ experience within a Diagnostic Imaging Field Service role . n Strong hands-on experience servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting diagnostic imaging equipment. n Strong MRI technical expertise and fault-finding capability. n Experience providing technical guidance or mentoring to other engineers. n HNC/HND or equivalent Engineering qualification. n Knowledge of PACS, DICOM and basic networking. n OEM/vendor training certificates would be advantageous. n Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the UK. n n This is a home-based, nationwide position with UK travel and some international travel required. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
