HR Manager – Operational People Partner

Stephens Bakery is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR for around 270 staff across manufacturing, retail and support functions. You will handle employee relations, advise managers, and help implement improved HR processes and systems.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will work closely with operational leaders, drive recruitment and onboarding, and support development initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and a practical, results-driven approach.
