Associate – Clinical Negligence | Birth Injury

I’m currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 and Top 100 law firm that is looking to recruit an Associate into its established Clinical Negligence team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical negligence solicitor to join a respected team handling high-value, complex birth injury litigation, alongside a varied caseload that includes some dental negligence matters.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex, high-value birth injury claims, working on sensitive and challenging cases that require strong technical expertise, strategic thinking and a client-focused approach.
You will handle complex litigation, contribute to the continued development of the team and play an important role in supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
The Ideal Candidate
- An experienced clinical negligence solicitor operating at Associate level.
- Strong experience handling high-value, complex birth injury claims.
- A proven track record of managing complex clinical negligence litigation.
- Excellent technical, analytical and case management skills.
- The ability to coach, mentor and support junior lawyers in their professional development.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client care.
