Hybrid Lead Electrical Engineer – Earthing & Lightning

Morson Edge is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer – Earthing to lead earthing and lightning protection systems across the SMR power station design. You will shape system architecture, specify components, and drive technical governance across engineering teams to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor engineers, support design reviews and partner with suppliers, customers and regulators while maintaining high technical rigour throughout the lifecycle.
