Team Manager needed for our MASH Team in Dudley – paying £44 ph!

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Early Help Team Manager – MASH to join a team in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong leadership experience and a background in safeguarding, early help services, and multi-agency working

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Early Help team within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
• Provide effective supervision, guidance, and support to team members.
• Oversee referrals, assessments, and decision-making to ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to identify safeguarding concerns and coordinate early interventions.
• Ensure practice meets relevant safeguarding policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor performance, maintain high standards of practice, and promote positive outcomes for children and families.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within Early Help, MASH, or children’s services.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and multi-agency working.
• Experience managing referrals, risk assessments, and complex cases.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with partner agencies and professionals across children’s services.
