This is a part-time role (3 days per week) offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will job-share with an experienced team member to advise on complex export, infrastructure, and project finance transactions across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating finance documentation, providing legal advice to Portfolio Management teams, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as export credit agencies.Eligibility: Applicants must be UK-qualified lawyers with essential experience in export, infrastructure, and/or project finance gained at a top-tier financial institution or private practice.
