Lead Interaction Design for AI-Driven, Human-Centered Experiences

IDEO London is seeking an Interaction Design Lead who will guide cross-disciplinary teams from research through to tangible products and services. You will shape design direction, stay hands-on across journeys and interfaces, and prototype with Figma, code and AI tools to test ideas with people.

As AI becomes part of everyday products, you’ll help teams understand user needs, maintain accessibility, and mentor designers while growing the London studio’s impact across Europe and beyond.
