R&D Project Manager – Green Power Electronics (Hybrid)

Cambridge GaN Devices (CGD) is seeking an R&D Project Manager to lead planning, delivery and governance of internal product and technology development projects as well as public-funded initiatives. The role reports to the VP of Research and Development and sits at CGD’s Cambridge office, with some travel anticipated to partner sites across Europe and beyond.
