A VC-backed group building an AI-enabled roll-up in the UK property services sector is hiring an Associate Integrations Manager to sit under the Integrations team and keep every acquisition moving.
This is a hands-on associate role across multiple live integrations at once. The Integrations Managers above you focus on the hard problems inside each acquired business; you make sure everything else gets done: the tasks, documents, follow-ups, systems, logistics and the thousand details every integration lives or dies on. Expect fast exposure to how an acquisitive group actually works, across due diligence handover, day one and the first 90 days, several businesses at a time.
Role: Associate Integrations Manager
Location: London (Moorgate), 3 days per week in office, plus UK travel to acquired businesses as needed
What you’ll be doing:
- Help manage the integration plan for each acquisition you support, driving key tasks to close on time and flagging slippage early
- Collect, organise and chase the documents each business needs to hand over: client contracts, leases, supplier agreements, staff records and due diligence items
- Prepare day-one packs, checklists and communication drafts across each acquisition
- Coordinate office and IT moves end to end, including equipment, email and phone migration, access, suppliers and move dates
- Help set up key systems in each acquired business, roll out group-standard processes, document how teams work today and track adoption until the new ways stick
- Act as a point of contact for staff and management in acquired businesses, answering what you can, routing the rest and tracking recurring questions so the playbook gets sharper
- Support the Integrations team with weekly reporting and upkeep of templates, playbooks and checklists
- Travel to acquired businesses across the UK when an integration needs you on site
What you’ll need:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, consulting, transaction services, PMO or a fast-growing business
- Highly organised, able to run multiple workstreams across different businesses without losing track of any of them
- Careful with detail: you notice the missing contract, the invoice that doesn’t reconcile and the action nobody closed
- Reliable and proactive: once you take a task it gets done without being chased, and you’re already preparing the next thing before being asked
- Clear communicator who can chase people politely and persistently, write short accurate updates and build rapport quickly inside newly acquired businesses
- Confident with AI tooling day to day, and comfortable in spreadsheets, trackers and Notion
- Happy with regular UK travel on top of three days in the London office
Nice to have:
- Background in Big 4 Transaction Services, boutique M&A consulting or a scale-up operations team
- Prior exposure to PE-backed buy-and-build or roll-up operating models
- Experience inside property, block management or other data-heavy services businesses
This role would suit an ambitious associate from consulting, transaction services, PMO or scale-up operations who wants hands-on exposure to multiple acquisitions in parallel and a fast line into how an acquisitive group really works.
