Strategic Bid Leader — UK & Ireland

Axon is seeking a Lead Bid Manager to orchestrate complex RFPs and tender responses across the UK and Ireland. You will lead the end-to-end proposal process, translating win strategies into execution plans and ensuring timely submissions and post-submission follow-up.

You will work within a global team, establishing governance for partnerships, data agreements, and commercial ventures, while delivering controlled, auditable processes and outcomes.
