I’m working with Monster Energy to find a Strategic Projects Manager to join their Business Capability team and help drive transformation across their EMEA business.

- Lead projects and workstreams from initial scoping through to delivery.
- Drive business transformation, digital and cultural initiatives across EMEA.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple divisions.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks and timelines, keeping everything on track.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and smarter ways of working.
- Work with senior stakeholders and external agencies to bring new ideas to life.
- Create engaging presentations, communications and project updates.
- At least 2 years’ project management experience, ideally across technology, marketing, creative or business projects.
- Strong project planning, budget management and organisational skills.
- Confidence managing stakeholders and influencing across different teams.
- A creative, proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- An interest in business transformation, change management and continuous improvement.
- The ability to communicate ideas clearly and bring people on board.
A degree in technology, marketing or business management, alongside qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or CSM, would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
