UK Head of Communications & Brand Growth

Beauty Pie is seeking a senior Head of Communications to lead the UK PR, influencer, collaboration and affiliate strategy under the Marketing Operations Director. You’ll own the relationship with media and creators, shape the brand narrative, and drive commercial growth.

This role values ownership and speed, with flexibility on full-time or reduced hours. You’ll manage two reports, work with the Founder, and help Beauty Pie navigate new markets with an international perspective.
