An exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in one of Northern Ireland’s fastest-growing logistics groups.
TST Group is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced, ambitious and commercially minded Operations Director – Northern Ireland to join our senior leadership team.
With operations spanning Northern Ireland, Great Britain and beyond, TST has grown into a leading provider of transport, distribution, warehousing and customs solutions. The Opportunity
Reporting directly to our Group Operations Director and Managing Director, the successful candidate will take overall responsibility for our Northern Ireland Full Load Transport and Distribution operations.
This is a significant leadership role, combining operational excellence with strategic development and offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of our business.

- Support our wider Group strategy and ambitious growth plans.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have a proven track record in senior operational leadership, ideally within transport, distribution or logistics, alongside strong commercial awareness and the ability to lead through change.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who leads from the front, develops the people around them and brings the ambition, energy and accountability needed to help take TST into its next chapter.
