Principal Mechanical Engineer — Hybrid & High-Impact Leader

Hoare Lea, based in Bournemouth, seeks a Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer to lead the design of complex building services. You will head the mechanical team, coordinate internal and external disciplines, and ensure technically excellent, commercially aware delivery from inception through construction.

You will work within a collaborative, hybrid environment, engaging with clients and stakeholders to grow relationships and deliver sustainable solutions across the built environment.
