Hybrid Senior Planner – Office Fit-Out (CAT A/B)

Gold Group is seeking a Senior Planner (fit out) to lead construction programmes for CAT A and CAT B office refurbishments in London. The role blends pre-construction planning with live project delivery, offering exposure to multi-million pound schemes and a high-paced, collaborative environment.

You will own sequencing, risk reviews and programme updates, work with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams, and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget across projects £5m–£30m.
