HRIS Product Owner & Workforce Analytics Lead | Remote-Friendly

JERA Nex bp, headquartered in London, is seeking an HRIS Product Owner to lead SuccessFactors functionality and governance. You will bridge HR, Digital, and implementation partners to deliver system improvements, maintain data quality, and support executive reporting with Power BI and Excel.

You will own the SuccessFactors roadmap, drive the enhancement backlog, and ensure changes meet global design principles. This is a fixed-term contract of 6-12 months with flexible working options.
