Head of Operational Risk & Resilience

Monese is seeking a hands-on Head of Risk & Operational Resilience to own, build and run our operational and prudential risk capabilities across Monese. You will be the accountable owner for our wind-down planning, business continuity, incident management, and third-party/outsourcing risk management in line with FCA expectations and DORA standards.

This build-and-run role starts by closing current resourcing gaps and creating the KRIs, control self-assessment, and risk event log to sustain risk
