This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused repairs service across their schemes.n nYou will be based on site with frequent travel around Tamworth!n n Technical Officer- Damp, Mould & Disrepair n Location: On site, Tamworth n 6 month contract n £35-£40 per hour via Umbrella n 0.45p mileage from office to sites n Technical Officer duties: n n n Take a lead role in service delivery. n Manage complex damp, mould, and disrepair cases. n Undertake inspections and prepare specifications of work. n Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with statutory timescales. n Support service improvements and compliance reporting. n Work proactively to reduce risk and improve customer outcomes. n Demonstrable experience of managing housing disrepair claims and legal interfaces. n To succeed as the Technical Officer, you need: n n Experience of preparing technical evidence and witness statements would be advantageous. n Experience of implementing or preparing for Awaab’s Law preferred. n Significant demonstrable experience in a surveying role in a housing association, private practice, local authority, or similar n n nTo register your interest, click apply now or call Kyle on 0121 798 3274n n JBRP1_UKTJ
