Senior Transaction Legal Contracts Manager

Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Transaction Legal Coordinator (Manager) within Strategic Advisory. You will own the full lifecycle of NDA, release and hold harmless documents across Debt and Capital Advisory and Transaction Advisory Services, coordinating with live deal teams and external counsel.

You will act as a senior escalation point for complex matters, ensuring compliant workflows with AQRM and internal risk teams, and drive process improvements for faster turnaround across engagements.
