Complex Injury Claims Associate for High-Value Claims

Davies in Southampton seeks a Complex Injury Assistant Lawyer to support the Lead Lawyer on high-value multi-track claims, including catastrophic injuries. The role involves advice on indemnity, liability and quantum, drafting statements, and liaising with insurer clients.

You will work with senior claims handlers, manage court processes, and contribute to case strategy and development within the Complex Injury Claims Team. 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
