Remote Fintech Product Designer (12 Months)

NatWest Group is seeking a Product Designer for a 12-month, remote-first role. You will champion design thinking across a portfolio, working end-to-end to understand user needs and deliver cutting-edge fintech design. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, workshops, and stakeholder playback sessions.

You’ll produce journey maps, wireframes, hi-fidelity UI, and prototypes, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to solve design challenges that delight customers.
