Experienced LADO & Safeguarding Manager (Hybrid)

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an Experienced Children’s Social Worker to join the Quality Assurance service as the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO). The post focuses on managing allegations and concerns about adults who work with children, ensuring timely, fair and safeguarding-focused decision-making.

You will chair multi-agency cases, monitor investigations, and contribute to safeguarding learning, quality assurance and service improvement across the children’s workforce.
