Community Nurse – Home Care, Wound & Palliative

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust’s Adur Community Primary Care Network Team in Lancing is recruiting a Band 5 Community Nurse to provide high-quality care to housebound patients in their homes and care homes.

You will perform comprehensive nursing duties including wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and support patients with long-term conditions and end-of-life care. Structured induction and ongoing support will help you develop within a friendly team.
