Senior Private Housing Remediation Lead

Bristol City Council is seeking an experienced professional to join our Private Housing Service in this newly created role, leading a team to accelerate remediation of high and mid-rise privately owned residential buildings across Bristol, with opportunities to support wider remediation work across the West of England.

We look for a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, extensive knowledge of private housing and fire safety, strong enforcement experience, and proven leadership.
