Head of Major Events & Festivals

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking an experienced events professional to lead the development and delivery of its major events portfolio across the region. The role focuses on creating a vibrant, accessible and financially sustainable events offering for residents and visitors.

You will drive procurement, strategic planning and partnership working to attract new events and grow the Council’s portfolio while ensuring safety, compliance and positive social, cultural and economic impact.
