Director of Outbound Dialing & Lead Growth

ISpeedToLead Inc. is seeking a seasoned Cold Calling Team Director to build and scale an outbound operation that supports US call volumes from a London-based hub.

You will design the structure, hire and train 2–3 to 30–50+ callers, optimize dialing strategies, set lead qualification standards, and collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to integrate dialer and CRM systems. Strong leadership and hands-on execution are essential.
