Staff/Principal AI Researcher: Agentic Retrieval & LLM Systems

Nebius is seeking a Staff or Principal Applied AI Researcher to join a fast-growing team building an agent-native search platform—the web access layer for AI systems. You will own key parts of applied AI research direction, designing systems where AI agents plan, retrieve, evaluate, and refine information in real time at scale.

You will lead the development of retrieval architectures, grounding LLMs in web data, and evaluating agentic workflows under strict latency and reliability constraints.
