FOO Analyst II, ETF & Index Fixed Income EMEA & NA

Overview

In this role you support ETF Fixed Income portfolio management by ensuring smooth investment operations and data integrity across global teams. You will work with PMs, traders, and regional SMEs to resolve issues, enable accurate pricing and trading, and assist product launches and market onboarding. You’ll contribute to conduct principles and collaborate across time zones to scale processes and enhance portfolio execution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a leading global investment firm with a strong ESG and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio managers and traders with fixed income ETF and index operations
• Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure clean trading and pricing data for PM decisions
• Partner with regional PMs and SMEs across time zones
• Support product launches, fund onboarding, and expansion into new country markets
• Ensure activities comply with Invesco’s Conduct principles

Key requirements

• Experience with front-office applications (Aladdin, CRD, Bloomberg)
• Strong understanding of data integrity processes (IBOR pricing, cash positions, corporate actions)
• Experience in performance analysis (Benchmark Tolerances), cash management (FX, hedge programs, distributions), and trade support (custom orders and baskets)
• Solid understanding of ETFs, Fixed Income, and Equity asset classes
• Knowledge of buy-side processes and investment products
• Proficiency in Excel (including macros), SQL, and Python is a plus
• Adaptability to new systems and software
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
