As Digital Portfolio Director, you will own the digital investment portfolio for a major Defence business unit, guiding strategy, demand management and value realisation. You will shape a complex transformation portfolio and prioritise initiatives to maximise operational outcomes, working with Defence stakeholders and delivery teams. You lead portfolio governance, benefits realisation and strategic roadmaps, navigating senior partners and suppliers. Key requirements

• Experience shaping and governing portfolios (not just delivering projects)
• Strong executive stakeholder management capability
• Commercial judgement and outcome‑focused decision making
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively
• Experience balancing competing priorities in complex environments
• Previous Defence, Government or secure‑environment experience
• Current or previously held SC/DV clearance desirable
