AI Architect

Overview

As an AI Architect, you design and deliver AI solutions that drive client business value. You work with cross-functional teams to weave AI into existing systems and showcase modern AI capabilities to clients. You stay ahead of AI trends through research and communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders. You guide developers with actionable architecture insights and lead initiatives around agents, knowledge graphs, and chatbots, including RAG and GraphRAG work. You’ll mentor teammates and foster a culture of continuous learning in AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions to meet client needs and deliver business value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems and processes
• Demonstrate AI solutions to clients and articulate business impact
• Conduct research to stay updated on AI trends and technologies
• Communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders clearly
• Translate architectures into actionable guidance for developers
• Create and manage agents, knowledge graphs, and chatbots
• Lead projects utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG
• Develop and optimize AI models using ML/AI platforms
• Mentor and guide team members to foster continuous learning and innovation

Key requirements

• Minimum 6 years in Solution Architecture with at least 2 years in AI/Generative AI
• Proven ability to architect and deploy AI solutions under tight deadlines and showcase to clients
• Experience with RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, code agents, deep research agents, and chatbots
• Familiarity with AI engineering platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI) and employee-facing AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Agentspace, Amazon Q Business)
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks (Langgraph, Autogen, Agent Development Kit) and ML model training/deployment platforms
