Productivity Data Engineer & Strategist

Overview

In this role, you will architect and govern large-scale data platforms to store, process, and visualize high-volume data across the enterprise. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver AI-assisted analytics and secure, compliant data solutions. You will shape data models, pipelines, and semantic frameworks to enable trusted insights through BI tools. This position offers the chance to influence governance, security, and analytics strategy at scale, in a collaborative, global agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data architecture for large datasets
• Establish data governance frameworks and privacy compliance including GDPR and regional laws
• Provide technical guidance on databases and data lakes, RBAC/ABAC, masking, key management, and PII classification
• Translate data structures into insights using BI tools and build organization-wide dashboards
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to address business problems and security/privacy concerns
• Design semantic models and certified datasets for reliable AI-assisted BI (Power BI Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau Agent/Pulse, Snowflake Cortex)

Key requirements

• Bachelor/Master/PhD with related experience as described
• Proven enterprise data modeling (dimensional, relational, NoSQL) and robust data warehouses/data lakes
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, dbt, Snowflake
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills; execution-focused
• Experience creating and maintaining data pipelines with high quality
