Project Manager Lead EMEAI

Overview

In this role you lead the Duxford Transformation Programme as part of Global Manufacturing Excellence, driving measurable improvements across customer experience, manufacturing efficiency and employee capability. You will partner with site leadership and regional/global stakeholders to turn plans into action, maintaining governance, milestones and accountability. The position combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight to deliver sustainable transformation at scale. You will work across cross-functional teams to shape processes, prioritise risks and ensure timely delivery, with a clear impact on plant performance and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the Duxford transformation programme and maintain milestone-driven roadmap
• Create structure across workstreams, owners, deliverables, dependencies and completion criteria
• Collaborate with site teams from operators to global leaders to advance projects
• Influence without direct authority, set expectations and challenge delays or weak plans
• Prioritise and manage risks/resource constraints and escalate issues timely
• Establish governance and reporting to support decisions, accountability and sustainable results

Key requirements

• University degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, supply chain or a relevant discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in industrial operations with a track record of delivering complex transformation or improvement programmes
• Strong project/programme management, stakeholder management, prioritisation and change leadership
• Ability to influence without direct authority and communicate across shop floor to senior leadership
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma; programme management qualification or Green/Black Belt is advantageous
• Fluency in English; German/French/Spanish advantageous
