Overview
In this role you will lead a high-performing neighbourhood housing management team to deliver resident-focused housing services across a defined area. You will provide strategic and operational direction, ensuring compliant, efficient services and strong outcomes for tenants and leaseholders. You will manage complex cases, estates, and neighbourhood issues while driving continuous improvement and partnership working. Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver comprehensive housing management across a defined area
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure resident-focused, compliant and high-quality services
- Oversee tenancy, estate, service requests, complaints, safeguarding, and complex casework
- Manage budgets and resources using performance data to monitor outcomes and drive improvements
- Coach and support Senior Neighbourhood Housing Officers and teams to meet targets
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal services, elected members, community organisations and external agencies
- Lead transformation and service improvement initiatives to shape neighbourhood housing services
- Ensure services meet regulatory expectations and deliver timely resolutions for residents
Key requirements
- recognised housing qualification at CIH Level 5 (or equivalent)
