Overview
You will contribute to airframe design and integration within an agile, multidisciplinary team. In this role you design structures and systems using CATIA V5 to deliver safe, reliable aircraft components and drive project delivery. You’ll collaborate across engineering disciplines and mentor others while developing leadership skills. Your work supports programme execution and continuous improvement in engineering tools and processes. Responsibilities
- Deliver engineering tasks on time and within budget
- Ensure technical quality and compliance with standards
- Follow agreed plans, processes, and quality procedures
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Support improvements to engineering tools and processes
- Design and integrate structures and systems for airframes using CATIA V5
Key requirements
- Engineering degree or HND/HNC with relevant airframe design experience
- Aerospace design engineering background
- Proven ability to deliver design tasks to schedule and review standards
- Previous experience in a Team leader role
- Experience with CATIA V5 (airframe focused)
