Overview
In this role you will lead high value insurance disputes in a Bristol team, handling multi-track personal injury and property damage matters. You will run matters with autonomy, mentor juniors, and collaborate with senior colleagues across offices to deliver strong client outcomes. You will play a key part in growing the Bristol team and supporting business development, within a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of high-value multi-track personal injury and property damage claims with strategy and delivery responsibility
- Run matters autonomously with minimal supervision; delegate and support junior team members
- Collaborate with senior colleagues across multiple offices to provide joined-up advice
- supervise and mentor junior solicitors; contribute to a collaborative culture and business development activity
Key requirements
- Experienced solicitor at Senior Associate or Legal Director level with strong insurance litigation experience
- Commercial and pragmatic approach to client service
