Responsibilities

• Contentious and non-contentious employment work for employers and senior executives
• Employment tribunals and litigation
• Ongoing advisory work on employment issues
• Redundancy, disciplinary, and workplace investigations
• Corporate support including restructuring and TUPE
• Senior executive settlement agreements and exits

Key requirements

• England & Wales qualified solicitor
• 3-5 PQE
• At least 3 years UK employment experience in a UK law firm
• Must have both contentious and non-contentious employment law experience
• Must have senior executive experience
