Director, Head of EMEA Operations

Overview

In this senior role, you will lead the EMEA Operations function to ensure PlayStation products are planned, assembled, fulfilled, and delivered with high service and efficiency. You will direct cross-functional regional teams across logistics, warehousing, order management, and fulfilment for B2B and D2C channels, aligning operations with commercial goals. You’ll drive resilience, cost control, and customer experience while partnering with Commercial, Planning, Finance, and external partners. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EMEA Operations across logistics, warehousing, order management, and fulfilment for B2B and D2C
• Provide regional leadership, setting direction, capability, and accountability across functions
• Oversee Transportation Control Tower to manage inbound/outbound transport against cost, service, capacity, and commitments
• Lead Warehousing 3PL Management to ensure agile, cost-effective operations meeting partner requirements
• Oversee Sales Operations and Order Management to process orders accurately and align with commercial priorities
• Lead Assembly and Fulfilment Planning to match forecast, demand, and channel readiness
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Finance, D2C, Customer Service, Global Operations, Procurement, and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement across service, cost, resilience, partner performance, and customer experience
• Develop strategic approaches with Operations Excellence & Transformation teams, including KPI review and KPI-driven actions

Key requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment, Sales Operations, Planning, or related regional leadership role
• Experience leading complex, multi-functional operations teams in regional or global settings
• Deep understanding of B2B and D2C operations including order management, warehousing, transportation, and fulfilment
• Experience managing 3PL warehousing partners, transportation providers, control tower operations, and regional logistics networks
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to deliver through complexity
• Commercial and financial acumen with experience managing cost, service, capacity, budgets, and partner performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of operational improvement
