Director, Partner Manager, Enterprise, EMEA

Overview

In this role you will own Circle’s enterprise partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, shaping the strategy from signature to adoption and growth. You will bridge Business Development, Solution Engineering, and internal stakeholders to deliver a joint execution plan and measurable value. You’ll drive launches to active usage, enable partner teams, and scale the partner management function as the segment grows. The opportunity combines strategic influence with hands-on execution in a fast-evolving, AI-enabled environment that supports Circle’s mission of an inclusive financial future.

Responsibilities

• Own each partnership from pre-signature commitments to go-live and expansion, as primary Circle contact.
• Shape deliverables, success metrics, and joint execution plans with Business Development and Solution Engineering.
• Lead plan execution across implementation, launch, adoption, and expansion with fixed cadences and clear ownership.
• Use automation and AI-enabled reporting to keep plans current and visible.
• Escalate blockers to Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations and drive resolutions.
• Turn launches into ongoing partner adoption and account growth through training and enablement.
• Expand partnerships step by step into additional products, currencies, and markets while preserving existing terms.

Key requirements

• 12+ years managing enterprise partnerships or strategic accounts across full lifecycle.
• Track record of converting signed agreements into live usage and revenue growth.
• Experience leading cross-functional work in matrixed organizations with credibility at board and operating levels.
• Ability to drive execution across Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and Operations without formal authority.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment with single source of truth across the portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready materials.
• Fluency with AI-enabled productivity and automation tools to synthesize data and accelerate reporting.
