Overview
In this AI Validation role, you translate product and safety needs into validated evidence for ADAS and L2 autonomy. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to define validation plans, scenarios and acceptance criteria, and to run tests across simulation and real environments. You’ll shape verification strategies that align with automotive standards and OEM expectations, delivering reliable evidence for release decisions. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role at Wayve, with opportunities to lead validation delivery or provide technical ownership depending on seniority.
