Overview
In this role you will advise contracting authorities and utilities on structuring and running complex procurements. You will draft specifications, evaluation criteria, tender and contract documents, and provide strategic advice on bidding, risk and contract changes. You will support the defence and resolution of procurement challenges for bidders and authorities. This is a chance to develop as a procurement specialist within a leading Belfast firm with involvement in landmark NI cases and nationally significant infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities

Key requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE in procurement (contentious, non-contentious, or both)
- Qualified in NI, or in England & Wales / ROI and eligible to practise in NI
- Good working knowledge of the current UK procurement regime
