Overview

In this role you will support the full software development lifecycle in a greenfield environment with hands-on coding. You will collaborate with a lead manager and cross-functional team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality features. You will contribute across front-end, back-end, and integrations, using Python and React/TypeScript. You will refine solutions and processes to ensure quality and timely delivery, helping Netcompany advance its digital transformation mission.

Responsibilities

• System development across front-end, back-end and integrations
• Hands-on Python programming
• Workflow planning
• Process optimization and quality assurance
• Implementing customer requirements for new features
• Analysis and design of overall solution
• Daily collaboration with team
• End-to-end delivery lifecycle

Key requirements

• 2+ years of Python programming experience
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience in databases including MongoDB, SQL or Document Database
• Full-Stack or Backend background with Python and React or TypeScript
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS)
• Experience in Unit Testing
• Previous involvement in developing and delivering major IT solutions
• Understanding of agile tools and techniques
• Willingness to travel
