Senior Consultant – Transformation Programme Delivery

Overview

As a Senior Consultant in Transformation Programme Delivery, you help clients mobilise, govern and execute enterprise-scale transformations. You work with cross-functional EY teams to convert strategic ambitions into actionable plans, guiding delivery, governance and benefits realisation. You’ll support risk management, reporting and stakeholder engagement to secure successful outcomes. This role offers impact across high-profile programmes within a global advisory context.

Responsibilities

• Support client project delivery within the core programme delivery process and coordinate multidisciplinary EY teams
• Assist in establishing TMO/PMO structures, governance packs and reporting templates
• Produce and review programme reports, presentations and management information
• Manage resources, financial monitoring and delivery reporting
• Foster client relationships through workshops, materials, and day-to-day interactions
• Maintain RAID logs and support quality reviews
• Deliver high-quality outputs, coach juniors, and contribute to practice development

Key requirements

• Proven experience in industry and consulting driving complex transformation initiatives
• 3+ years in programme delivery roles with successful outcomes
• Exposure to recognised Programme Delivery Methods (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP)
• Ability to create clear plans, reports and presentations
• Degree (or equivalent experience) and strong written/spoken English
