In this role you will lead Facilities Management delivery across a regional portfolio, driving standards and service excellence. You will mentor teams, partner with clients and senior stakeholders, and embed a values-led culture. The role blends operational excellence with leadership to deliver high-quality environments. Responsibilities

• Lead FM delivery across multiple commercial properties
• Drive operational excellence, compliance and best-practice standards
• Champion ESG and sustainability initiatives with measurable impact
• Develop high-performing FM teams and future leaders
• Act as a trusted partner to clients and senior stakeholders
• Embed a values-led culture across the region
• Oversee Health & Safety, set the tone, ensure compliance
• Mentor, coach, and drive succession planning within teams
• Manage procurement, contractor relationships, audits and financial accountability
