Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production plans aligning with operational and customer requirements
• Ensure availability of materials and resources to deliver the schedule
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities to minimise disruption
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and site projects to boost efficiency
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to optimise line utilisation, yield and service levels
• Manage day-to-day planning activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Key requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment
• Previous Production Planner or similar planning/scheduling/supply chain role
• Knowledge of SAP MRP processes and other planning systems
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
• Ability to make timely, objective decisions aligned with business goals
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
