Senior Project Manager

Overview

As Senior Project Manager, you will own delivery from NTP to COD for utility-scale renewables. You will coordinate solar PV, BESS, and grid connection across contractors and stakeholders, shaping project outcomes. You’ll work with development, finance, legal, and broader teams to align delivery with financial and commercial goals. This is a growth-stage opportunity at an international IPP-backed platform that emphasizes execution scale and cross-border collaboration. You will leverage your experience to drive timely, within-budget delivery and lender reporting, contributing to the company’s international portfolio expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility-scale renewable energy projects from NTP to COD
• Coordinate multiple contractors across solar PV, BESS and grid connection
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and delivery milestones
• Collaborate with internal development, finance, legal and wider teams
• Support project finance requirements, including lender reporting
• Manage key stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects within an IPP environment
• Strong solar PV project delivery experience, ideally with BESS
• Experience managing multiple contractors, including grid connection interfaces
• Understanding of project finance and lender reporting
• Strong commercial, organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally, with approximately one week per month in Romania
