Senior Product Specialist Partner Solutions Architect

Overview

You will build and scale a new partner-specialist function in EMEA to deepen partner expertise on Databricks priority products. You lead enablement, certification and joint customer work with top System Integrators, turning partners into independent market leaders. You’ll collaborate with the Product Specialist team to translate deep product knowledge into compelling partner-ready value propositions. This builder role defines the operating model and blueprint for a global rollout. You’ll drive adoption, time-to-value and partner-led market momentum across the region.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the enablement engine for EMEA partners: selection, upskilling, certification and first joint wins
• Partner with the EMEA Product Specialist team to share product expertise and connect enablement to customer opportunities
• Scale specialist capacity by creating models where partners provide expert capacity for joint customers
• Launch-partner motions for major product releases to accelerate go-to-market and ecosystem trust
• Create the technical and commercial narrative for partners, including reference architectures and value framing
• Define the operating model, certification criteria, partner selection bar and cadence for global scaling

Key requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, depth in at least two priority products, ability to quickly gain depth in others
• Proven ability to build partner or field capability at scale (enablement, certification, community-building)
• Strong business-value and go-to-market instinct; senior engagement with partner and customer executives
• Thought leadership: authoring technical/business content and presenting to technical and executive audiences
• ≥5 years of technical pre-sales or sales-methodology experience in a consumption model; experience designing end-to-end data, warehousing and AI architectures
• Coding experience in Python, SQL, Java or Scala; hands-on experience building data applications or AI agents
• Maturity to design and stand up a new function and manage multiple priorities across partners and internal teams
