Product Technician
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Product Technician to support the development and production process. This role is key to ensuring products meet company standards and customer expectations, with a strong focus on fit, quality control, and continuous improvement.
The candidate should demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to supporting the team and contributing beyond the core requirements of the role when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Create fully graded size specifications across product range.
Manage the intake of product samples and conduct fit sessions on live models across men, women and kids wear.
Provide clear, concise, and detailed feedback on fit and quality to Product Manager.
Oversee the sealing process from initial sample through to production approval.
Assist with developing resources to aid Customer Service and Sales Teams with product queries.
Collaborate with the Product Manager on fabric selection and the lab dip process.
Assist with any other reasonable requests within the Product & Design teams.
Essential Criteria
At least 2 years experience of working in a relevant environment.
Solid understanding of quality control standards and garment construction.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills – written, visual and verbal.
Proven problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under the leadership of a Product Manager.
Desirable Criteria
Experience using excel and adobe illustrator/ photoshop for generating visual feedback.
3 years experience working at a sportswear brand or in the development of activewear products.
Location: Based in HQ 5 days a week
