WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience in catering, hospitality, restaurants or food retail
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Ability to motivate and support colleagues
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• A hands-on approach to food preparation, service and daily operations
• Fish and chip shop experience is an advantage, but not essential
